Welcome to Licked! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Licked and Co Ltd. We operate this store and website (the “Services”) and use Shopify to power our checkout and storefront. We try to represent products accurately, but colours/appearance can vary by screen. We may change or discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline at our discretion. We must receive and process payment before acceptance. If we can’t accept or need to cancel/adjust, we’ll contact you using the details you provided. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use (not resale).

Prices can change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping and any import duties/taxes. We are not VAT-registered; VAT is not charged. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise charges for your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only (see our Shipping Policy). We’re not liable for delays by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you provide.

All designs, graphics, and content on the Services are owned by Licked and Co Ltd or our licensors and are protected by law. No use without prior written permission.

You may access third-party tools or sites at your own risk and subject to their terms. We aren’t responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Licked is powered by Shopify. Sales are made by Licked and Co Ltd, not Shopify. You agree Shopify isn’t responsible for your transactions with us.

SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK / REVIEWS
If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a licence to use them to operate and improve the Services. You warrant you have rights to what you submit and that it complies with law and these Terms.

No illegal activity, IP infringement, harassment, malware, scraping, spamming, or interference with the site. We may suspend/terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

SECTION 16 – SMS MARKETING By opting in to receive SMS messages from Licked, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to orders, promotions, and updates. Message frequency may vary.
