Shipping policy

UK delivery only

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges depend on the items in your basket and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Made to order

Each item is made after you order. Production and packing usually take 2–5 business days. Our UK delivery estimate is a further 5–10 business days after dispatch: approximately 7–15 business days overall. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; busy periods and the item’s fulfilment location can affect timing.

Tracking and separate parcels

We email tracking when your order is dispatched. Items may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking links. The delivery charge shown at checkout covers the order as placed.

Problems with delivery

Check your address carefully before ordering. If you spot a mistake or an order is late, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact support@lickedco.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and arrange the remedy you are entitled to. Your statutory rights are not limited by a carrier scan or a supplier’s claim deadline.

If an incorrect address supplied by you causes a return, reasonable redelivery charges may apply; we will explain these before arranging redelivery.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us promptly if you need a change. Once production starts, we may be unable to change the item before dispatch. This does not remove your cancellation rights; see our returns and refunds policy.
