Shipping policy

Processing time
All items are made to order. Printing & packing usually takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch)

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days
    Times are estimates and can extend in peak seasons or due to customs or carrier delays.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and items in your cart. Customers pay shipping.

Split shipments
To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately from different facilities. You’ll get tracking for each parcel.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may incur customs or import fees on delivery. These are paid by the customer and are not collected by Licked at checkout.

Wrong/insufficient address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order is delayed past the estimate, check the tracking first. If it appears lost, email support@lickedco.com within 7 days of the last scan/expected delivery date and we’ll help start a carrier investigation. Replacements or refunds are handled once the carrier confirms loss.

Delivered but not received
Check with neighbours and your local delivery office. Once a parcel is marked delivered, we can’t guarantee replacement, but email us and we’ll do our best to help.

Order changes & cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If you need help, email support@lickedco.com asap and we’ll try.
