Returns & Refunds
Made to order
Every Licked item is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour choice. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@lickedco.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the issue (product + packaging)
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How returns work
Please do not send any items back without emailing us first. Returns sent without approval may be refused. If a physical return is needed, we’ll provide the correct return instructions and address (this may be our fulfilment partner’s facility).

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we confirm the issue. Bank/issuer processing times may vary.
EU customers
We comply with applicable consumer laws. Because items are produced on demand, the usual “cooling-off” rules may not apply to non-faulty goods. Faulty/defective items remain eligible for replacement or refund as above.
